Christmas With the Clarks

The Saturday before Christmas we traveled to Mimi and Papa's house. It has become our tradition for the last several years to get together the weekend before Christmas. It is so nice because we no longer have to do any major traveling on the day of Christmas.

Anyway, the boys LOVE going to Mimi and Papa's, presents or not! And as an added bonus we got to see som extended family as well. It was a fun time!

Visit From "Ho Ho."

'Tis the Season...

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! Our boys had a great one. They both got some cool things from Santa and from family. This was the first year Bryson wrote a letter to Santa. He stated he wanted a Nintendo DS, Pixos and Sorry Sliders (board game). Santa came through on 2 of the 3 and instead of the DS got the entire family a Wii with Wii Sports and Mario Kart. Needless to say, Bryson was NOT upset. He and Jayson have been infront of the tv ever since playing Mario Kart. Jayson got more trains and track pieces for his GeoTrax set. The boys LOVE those. He also got a Cars Raceway set with Lightning McQueen. With Jayson, you can't go wrong with any car-related thing. Addison also got a few things from Santa but not much. She doesn't need much right now. She enjoyed watching the boys open their gifts. They definitely keep her entertained!

Hope all is well and praying for a blessed and safe 2009!

Addison's Church Debut

Addison made her first trip to church today. She wore her cute little Christmas outfit and the boys dressed to match. She did great and lasted the whole time!

Snow Day

Well, for the first time in a long time we actually had snow in December. It was the biggest flakes I've seen in a while and Bryson got out of school. They boys and Jay had a blast sledding and making snowmen.

One Month Old!

Addison is 1 month old today! Hard to believe... She is such a good baby. She mainly cries when she is really tired. Jay would argue that she cries every time he holds her. :) She is starting to coo and ahh and is beginning to recognize faces. She loves to be held upright on one's shoulder. Still not sleeping through the night, but I keep reminding myself that will come... We are slowly getting the hang of things.

Computer Whiz

Jayson has figured out how to use the computer mouse and loves to play Nick Jr. games.

Happy Birthday Mee-Ma!

Happy 3rd Birthday Jayson!!!

Because Addison was due around Jayson's actual birthday we decided to have his party on the 24th so there wouldn't be any conflict. His party was at Pump It Up! and it couldn't have been at a better place. We had just the right amount of kids. And even the parents joined in on the fun.

There was one blow-up house that I have dubbed the Tower of Terror. It was a tall wall that one had to jump up and try to place a velcro tag on to. I think Jay got the highest. Jayson and his buddy Lucas Pring had a blast in the basketball court. They ended up having a wrestling match. I am surprised that neither cried or got mad. They had a blast knocking each other down! It was funny to watch.

Jayson loved his gifts and loved being the center of attention. He opened each gift ever so carefully as if he were handling fine china. Ha!

Gingerbread House

A few weeks ago me and the boys attempted to make a gingerbread house. I bought one of those kits. Seriously, how hard could it be?

Behold our masterpiece! (Give us a break, it was our first attempt.) :)
