Addison made her first trip to church today. She wore her cute little Christmas outfit and the boys dressed to match. She did great and lasted the whole time!
Well, for the first time in a long time we actually had snow in December. It was the biggest flakes I've seen in a while and Bryson got out of school. They boys and Jay had a blast sledding and making snowmen.
Addison is 1 month old today! Hard to believe... She is such a good baby. She mainly cries when she is really tired. Jay would argue that she cries every time he holds her. :) She is starting to coo and ahh and is beginning to recognize faces. She loves to be held upright on one's shoulder. Still not sleeping through the night, but I keep reminding myself that will come... We are slowly getting the hang of things.
Because Addison was due around Jayson's actual birthday we decided to have his party on the 24th so there wouldn't be any conflict. His party was at Pump It Up! and it couldn't have been at a better place. We had just the right amount of kids. And even the parents joined in on the fun.
There was one blow-up house that I have dubbed the Tower of Terror. It was a tall wall that one had to jump up and try to place a velcro tag on to. I think Jay got the highest. Jayson and his buddy Lucas Pring had a blast in the basketball court. They ended up having a wrestling match. I am surprised that neither cried or got mad. They had a blast knocking each other down! It was funny to watch.
Jayson loved his gifts and loved being the center of attention. He opened each gift ever so carefully as if he were handling fine china. Ha!
I can't believe Addison is already 2 weeks old today! As I did with the boys, I took pictures of her when she was 1 week old. I usually do these in black and white but haven't gotten around to changing that so for this purpose they'll be in color.
